Tracey Bateman is the friendly and highly organised Receptionist and Administrator at Feet First, playing a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly and efficiently.
With over 40 years of administration experience, Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge, reliability and calm professionalism to the front desk. She is often the first point of contact for patients and is known for her welcoming manner, attention to detail and ability to keep everything organised behind the scenes.
Tracey is exceptionally organised and is a wizard with Excel, helping manage systems, schedules and administrative processes with precision. Her strong organisational skills ensure clinics run efficiently and that both patients and clinicians are well supported throughout the day.
Having lived locally for 60 years, Tracey knows the area well and enjoys building genuine relationships with patients, many of whom she gets to know over time. She takes pride in helping people feel comfortable, informed and well looked after from the moment they get in touch.
Outside of work, Tracey loves spending time with her twin grandchildren, which keeps her busy and smiling. Her warmth, experience and dedication make her a valued and reassuring presence within the Feet First team.
