Please be advised that 24 hours prior notice is kindly required for cancellations. All appointments not attended or cancelled with short notice will be charged at the full fee. Expenses are incurred once an appointment is made, but more importantly, the time is lost for other clients who may have been waiting some weeks for an appointment.
